There's no question the cars of 1950's America have made a lasting impression. Decades after they rolled off the assembly line, cars like this 56 Chevy Bel Air coupe still get a smile both from people who remember them when they were new as well as generations that simply love the retro style.
This night-time city scene captures some of that gleaming steel streamline that reverberates on into the present.
